Dear members the program is now closed for the IMPT September 2009 conference. We have had a great response from members with a truly exciting final program.

The successful lecturers will be contacted shortly with their time allocation and slot. Please make sure that you plan for your allocated time slot. We don’t want to miss any of your key points. The busy program will mean that the Chairman of each session will have to be very strict on time. If any lecture goes over the allocated time you will be asked to wind up the talk at that point.

The final program will be published over the next few days on the website and a hard copy will reach everybody via the newsletter.

The deadline for final attendance numbers has been extended as we know a few members were having funding problems. Please ensure your place as soon as possible and remember to get your flight or ferry sorted. The City airport is very near the venue and the International only a short bus ride out of town. Ryan Air have has some specials on to the City Airport so snap them up fast. BMI do some great deals to the International.

If anyone wants any ideas if they are staying on about what to do please email me. I have visited Northern Ireland many times and can recommend many excuses to stay on.
