I have been asked to place a reminder on the web site regarding the questionnaire all members should have received in the last newsletter. The questionnaire is an information gathering excersise as part of a PhD into Maxillofacial Prosthetics.

Can you please return your laboratory questionnaires as soon as possible. The return rate has been quire poor and this reflects on our membership. We need to encourage research into our field of work and activley participate in national activities such as the this.

The returns are annonymous. Any information you provide will be treated as strictly confidential.
